- Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in the United Kingdom. Every order travels with DPD in our boxed packaging, and the price is worked out from your postcode at checkout.
- How much is delivery?
- London is £3.95 and free over £40. Mainland UK is £4.95 and free over £45. Scottish Highlands and Islands are £8.95, Northern Ireland £9.95 and offshore islands £11.95.
- When will my order arrive?
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. London and the South East is usually next working day once shipped, mainland UK 1 to 2 working days, and the Highlands, Northern Ireland and islands 2 to 5 working days.
- Am I buying a single item or a case?
- Every listing is a single unit at the size shown on the product page. If you want more than one, use the plus button in your basket.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled by Stripe, so you can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. We never see or store your card details.
- Will I get a receipt?
- Yes. Stripe emails your receipt as soon as payment clears, and your order summary with delivery address appears on the confirmation page.
- How should I store my groceries?
- Dry goods, spices, tinned food and sauces are shelf stable. Keep flours, gari and dried fish sealed in a cool dry cupboard, and refrigerate sauces and pastes once opened.
- Something arrived damaged or missing. What now?
- Email WaraMart1@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will replace or refund the item, including any glass breakages in transit.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- If your box has not been dispatched, email us and we will amend or cancel it. Once it is with DPD, our returns policy applies.
- Do you list allergens?
- Ingredients and allergen information are printed on the manufacturer packaging, which is the definitive source. If you need to check before ordering, email us and we will read the label on the exact stock we hold.
