WaraMart is a UK based world food grocery shop trading online at waramart.co.uk. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at WaraMart1@outlook.com and we will respond within 30 days.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, postcode and phone number so we can price delivery, pack your box and keep you updated.

Card details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.

Your basket is saved in your own browser storage so it is still there when you come back. That data stays on your device.

To take payment, calculate delivery for your region, dispatch your order with DPD, send receipts and order updates, and answer any questions about a purchase. We also keep records where UK tax and consumer law requires it.

We do not sell your data, and we only send marketing email if you have asked for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Stripe for payment processing, DPD for delivery, and our email provider for receipts and replies. Each of them receives only what they need to do that job.

We use only what the shop needs to work: browser storage for your basket, and Stripe's own security cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. We do not run advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

You can clear this data at any time in your browser settings. Clearing it will empty your basket.

Order and payment records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting rules. Email correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to marketing, or ask us to restrict how we use it. Email WaraMart1@outlook.com and we will action it free of charge.
